Shipping Policy

All of our products are handmade to order however sometimes usually over the summer period we do hold some stock.
Orders will be processed straight away as soon as the customer purchases the product online. It can then take between 7-14 days for the item to be dispatched.
Once dispatched the customer will recieve and email or text to tell them their product in on its way.
Personalised products can take slightly longer however we will inform you if this is necessary.

Our shipping prices are as follows:

Standard Shipping - 2 day delivery (from dispatch)
£5.99 - 2kg and under (Cushions & Throws)
£9.99 - up to 2kg (Dog Beds & Baskets)

As our products are handmade to order it can take up to 14 days for your product to be dispatched.
Shipping via courier is 1-2 day delivery or 3-5 with Royal Mail. You will be notified by email or text message when your product is on its way and who it has been shipped with.
Unfortunately we do not ship worldwide yet, sorry.

Return & Exchange Policy​

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for our products as they are handmade to order. This includes our Cushions, Dog Beds, Table Linen & Christmas Items. You can request a sample of the fabric before placing your order to confirm that you are happy with the fabric before going ahead.
We do however offer refunds for our baskets and blankets. Please note we do not offer free returns.
If you are not happy with your Miller & Chalk order (baskets and blankets) and would like a refund, please return the product in its original condition within 14 days.
