How long will it take for my order to arrive?

As all of our products are handmade to order we say to allow 7-14 working days for your Miller & Chalk order to be dispatched. If you urgently need your order to be dispatched then please use our contact form to contact us and we will do our best to get your order out to you asap. Parcels dispatched via Parcelforce will arrive within 2 working days and 3-5 working days with Royal Mail.



How do i track my order?

Once your Miller & Chalk order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the process of your order.



How do i return an item?

If you wish to return an item then please contact us for a return address. The item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we do not offer free returns. Unfortunately we do not offer returns on made to order products.
