As all of our products are handmade to order we say to allow 7-14 working days for your Miller & Chalk order to be dispatched. If you urgently need your order to be dispatched then please use our contact form to contact us and we will do our best to get your order out to you asap.

Parcels dispatched via Parcelforce will arrive within 2 working days and 3-5 working days with Royal Mail.

Once your Miller & Chalk order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and a weblink to follow the process of your order.

Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund for our products as they are handmade to order. This includes our Cushions, Dog Beds, Table Linen & Christmas Items. You can request a sample of the fabric before placing your order to confirm that you are happy with the fabric before going ahead.

We do however offer refunds for our baskets and blankets. Please note we do not offer free returns.

If you are not happy with your Miller & Chalk order (baskets and blankets) and would like a refund, please return the product in its original condition within 14 days.

Our parcels are sent via Parcelforce or Royal Mail on a 48 hour service. Larger orders are sent via Parcelforce and single items are sent via Royal Mail.

Both services are tracked and we will provide you with a tracking number.
