Service Description
Lampshade Printing Workshop with illustrator Emma Britten Join us for a relaxed, hands-on workshop where you’ll design and print your own lampshade. Guided by illustrator Emma Britten, you’ll begin by drawing a simple repeat pattern, then carve it into lino before printing it directly onto a pre-made lampshade. You can print your design in any way you like - whether that’s a neat border along the bottom, soft stripes, a half-drop repeat, or something more free and expressive. Templates will be available if you’d like a little inspiration, and Emma will guide you through each step of the process. By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a completely unique, hand-printed lampshade and a new creative skill to take home with you. The workshop is held in our cosy shop on Towcester High Street, with tea, coffee, and light refreshments included. Upcoming dates: Wednesday 18th March 1pm-3.30pm
Cancellation Policy
We’re so looking forward to welcoming you to one of our Miller & Chalk Workshops - a relaxed, festive day of creativity in our Towcester shop. To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read our booking policy below: Booking & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place. Spaces are limited, so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment. Cancellations & Refunds Cancellations made 14 days or more before the workshop date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop will receive a partial refund. Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer refunds for last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the workshop) or non-attendance. Rescheduling If you need to change your booking, we’re happy to move you to another workshop date (subject to availability) if at least one week’s notice is given. Private Workshops The same policy applies to private group bookings - full payment upfront and the same cancellation terms. If We Need to Cancel In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a workshop, you’ll be offered the choice of a full refund or transfer to a new date. We understand that plans can change, so if something unexpected happens, please do get in touch - we’ll always do our best to help where we can.
